- Offer1
“Happy to trade Kubernetes depth for strong AWS architecture on this one.”
Known to your agency since 2023. Matches the client's revised must-haves and is available inside the hiring window.
Evidence: past application · client message · candidate reply. Recruiter decides.
I'm interested, but I can't start before November.
Noted — the client's start window is flexible. Sending the role detail now.

Stops automatically when the candidate replies.
Three candidates with Northwind for review. Feedback returns to the role — and stays part of its context.
Recruitment teams already have the data. What they lose is the context.
Candidate history sits in the ATS. Client preference lives in email. Feedback disappears into calls and chats. Old applications are forgotten. Recruiters repeatedly reconstruct information their organisation already knows.
Every tool stores part of the hiring story. None sees the whole thing.
Connect · Operate · Communicate · Act
Bring the recruitment context together.
The working product foundation underneath the intelligence layer — running today, available in private early access.
Connect
Connect where recruitment already happens.
Hyroo can ingest information from the tools recruitment teams already use, reducing the need to manually recreate context inside another system.

Operate
Run recruitment in one connected workspace.
Jobs, candidates and applications live in one recruitment domain model — with portals for the people either side of the process.

Communicate
Keep conversations attached to the work.
Job-centric conversations stay connected to the people, role and decisions they relate to.
Candidate ↔ Recruiter
Per-job threads, visible to the candidate in their portal.
Recruiter ↔ Client
Submissions, feedback and decisions in the client's own space.
Every thread stays attached to the role it belongs to.
Act
Follow-up that already runs itself.
Specialised Sequences handle structured candidate and client follow-up in the product today — and stop automatically when someone replies.
Available today · reliability hardening underway
Durable workflows and bounded agents extend this later — see the System of Action.
Most recruiting AI starts with a CV and a job description.
Hyroo is building intelligence from the entire recruitment context.

HYROO BRAIN
- Recruitment context model
- Recruitment memory
- Semantic search
- Signals & reasoning
- Recommendations
Tenant-isolated. One customer's recruitment context is never used to build intelligence for another.
Outcomes · in development
- Candidate matching
- Talent rediscovery
- Recruiter Copilot
- Explained recommendations
- Pipeline intelligence
- Next-best action
Remember
Keep useful recruitment history connected across roles and time.
Search
Ask recruitment questions using meaning, not only filters and keywords.
Understand
Combine structured records with conversations and documents.
Rediscover
Surface people the organisation already knows instead of starting every search from zero.
Recommend
Suggest what deserves recruiter attention — and explain why.
Explain
Show the evidence behind AI-assisted recommendations.
Conversations are context, not just messages.
The most useful recruitment detail is usually said, not typed into a field. Hyroo keeps conversations attached to the role, candidate and client today; turning what is said into structured, reusable context is part of the Brain — in development.
Candidate ↔ Recruiter
“I'm interested, but I can't start before November.”
Context it should carry
Recruiter ↔ Client
“For this role I'll trade Kubernetes experience for strong AWS architecture.”
Context it should carry
Your next placement may already be in your database.
Recruitment agencies spend years building candidate databases. Hyroo's intelligence roadmap is designed to help teams rediscover relevant people instead of beginning every search from zero.
- Today
- Candidates, applications and documents are already in one place.
- Next
- Ask in plain language who you already know for a live role.
One recruitment context. Three connected experiences.
Candidates, recruiters and clients contribute different pieces of the hiring picture — without collapsing their roles or permissions.
Recruiter Workspace
Available in private accessWhere the agency runs the work — roles, people, progress and every conversation around them.
Candidate Portal
Available in private accessClarity for candidates: where their application stands, and a direct line to the recruiter. No ads. Candidate data is not sold.
Client Portal
Available in private accessGive clients a structured place to review candidates, give feedback and collaborate with your team. The relationship stays yours.

From intelligence to action
Understanding recruitment is useful. Acting on it is where leverage begins.
Hyroo is building the execution layer deliberately: reliable workflows first, bounded agents later.
Specialised Sequences
Available today
Structured recruitment follow-up that runs in the product now, with reliability hardening underway.
Durable recruitment workflows
Next
A shared workflow runtime with dependable triggers, actions and approvals where a human should sign off.
Bounded recruitment agents
Planned
Agents that perform defined recruitment work through the execution layer, inside permissions a recruiter sets. External AI agents will use the same governed execution layer — not bypass it.
From one recruiter request to a governed flow of work.
“Find the strongest candidates we already know for this Senior Cloud Architect role. Exclude anyone contacted recently, explain the shortlist and prepare personalised outreach for my approval.”

Automation handles repetition. Recruiters retain judgment.
Why agencies first
Built first for recruitment agencies.
Agency recruiters manage many clients, large candidate databases and constant follow-up at once. That makes context, rediscovery and automation especially valuable.
Designed to expand into internal talent-acquisition teams as the platform matures.
- High workflow repetition
- Large candidate databases
- Many clients at once
- Heavy communication load
- Clear value from rediscovery and automation
Why Hyroo
Not another AI feature attached to an ATS.
Connected context
Records, documents and conversations belong to one recruitment context.
Three-sided product
Recruiters, candidates and clients work through connected experiences.
Intelligence + execution
The Brain understands; the System of Action executes.
Governed by design
Permissions, tenant isolation and recruiter authority are architectural principles.
The arc
From system of record to system of intelligence to system of action.
Each layer depends on the one before it. That order is deliberate.

Governed MCP & external AI connectivity
PlannedSecure, tenant-scoped connectivity for authorised AI tools to access Hyroo recruitment context and invoke explicitly permitted actions through Hyroo's policy and workflow controls.
MCP is the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI tools to business systems.

Questions
What is Hyroo?
Hyroo is an AI-native recruitment operating system that connects jobs, candidates, clients, documents and conversations into one recruitment context, then uses that context to help recruiters understand, decide and act.
Who is Hyroo for?
Hyroo is being built first for recruitment agencies and search teams, particularly teams managing multiple clients, large candidate databases and high volumes of communication. Internal talent-acquisition teams are a longer-term expansion market.
What is the Hyroo Recruitment AI Brain?
The Hyroo Brain is the intelligence layer being built across recruitment context such as jobs, candidates, applications, conversations and outcomes. Its role is to help with retrieval, matching, rediscovery, recommendations and recruiter decision support.
What is available today?
The built foundation includes core recruitment records (jobs, candidates, applications, profiles), the Candidate Portal and Client Portal, ingestion from Gmail, Outlook Mail, Google Drive, OneDrive and direct uploads, live email ingestion, native job-centric candidate and client conversations, and specialised Sequences.
Hyroo itself remains in private early access — the platform is not generally available yet, so these capabilities are reached through early access rather than public sign-up.
Does Hyroo replace my current ATS immediately?
No. Hyroo is being designed to coexist with existing recruitment systems and progressively take on workflows where it creates more value.
Does AI make hiring decisions?
No. Hyroo is designed to assist recruiters while consequential hiring decisions remain with people. AI-assisted recommendations are meant to be explainable, and important actions can require approval.
Is customer data shared between companies?
No. Recruitment context is tenant-isolated at the database layer using PostgreSQL row-level security. Hyroo does not use one customer's recruitment context to build intelligence for another customer, and candidate data is not sold.
Will Hyroo work with external AI tools and agents?
Planned. Hyroo is being designed to connect safely with external AI tools and emerging agent standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP), while keeping recruitment context tenant-isolated and actions subject to Hyroo's permissions, approvals and audit controls.
What is coming next?
The Recruitment AI Brain, then durable workflow execution with approvals, then bounded recruitment agents working through that execution layer. We publish direction rather than dates, and plans will be designed to scale with team size and usage.
