1. About Hyroo

Hyroo is a recruitment technology product operated and developed by JSTAR TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD. Hyroo is currently being developed as an AI-native recruitment platform intended to help recruitment and talent teams manage and improve hiring workflows.

The website may provide information about Hyroo, product capabilities, product direction, planned features, early-access opportunities, events, research, product demonstrations and potential design-partner programmes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to this website does not provide access to the Hyroo software product.

2. Early access and waitlist

You may be able to join an early-access list or otherwise register your interest in Hyroo. Joining the waitlist:

• does not create a customer contract;
• does not guarantee product access;
• does not guarantee an access date;
• does not guarantee selection for a pilot;
• does not guarantee participation in a design-partner programme;
• does not guarantee any particular feature;
• does not guarantee any particular pricing or commercial arrangement; and
• does not require us to make Hyroo available to you.

We may determine the timing, eligibility, availability and scope of early access at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Design-partner interest

You may be invited to indicate whether you are interested in participating as a Hyroo design partner. Expressing interest does not mean that:

• you have been accepted as a design partner;
• a formal relationship has been created;
• we are required to contact or select you; or
• any specific commercial benefit will be provided.

Any formal design-partner, pilot or customer relationship may be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Product development and roadmap information

Hyroo is actively evolving. The website may describe currently available functionality, early-access functionality, prototypes, concepts, planned functionality, product direction and longer-term vision.

Roadmaps, demonstrations, mock-ups, prototypes and descriptions of future functionality are provided for informational purposes only. They are not commitments that:

• a feature will be built;
• a feature will be released;
• a feature will operate exactly as shown;
• a feature will be available to every customer; or
• a feature will become available by a particular date.

Features, interfaces, integrations, product positioning and commercial plans may change as Hyroo develops. Where practical, we aim to distinguish between current functionality, early-access functionality and future product direction.

5. No employment or recruitment guarantee

Hyroo does not guarantee employment, candidate placement, recruitment success, hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, business results, or particular financial or operational outcomes.

Nothing on this marketing website constitutes an offer of employment, an employment guarantee, a recruitment agency representation, legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice or professional employment advice.

Recruitment and employment decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant employers, recruitment organisations and individuals.

6. AI and automation information
