Privacy Policy

What this website collects

Only what you type into the early-access form, plus how you arrived:

• Full name, work email and company. Country is optional.
• If you continue past the confirmation: organisation type, recruitment team size, the system you use today, your biggest recruitment challenge, and whether you're interested in becoming a design partner. All optional.
• Your consent choice, the time you gave it, and the version of this policy it applied to.
• Campaign and referral parameters from the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, ref) and the page you landed on.

We do not collect payment details, candidate records, resumes, government identification or special-category information through this website. Please don't submit them here. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party ad trackers.

Why we use it

To contact you about Hyroo early access, to understand which events and channels our interest comes from, and to decide who to invite into design-partner conversations. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Storage in your browser

Campaign parameters are kept in your browser's local storage so attribution survives a page reload, along with a note that you have already joined so we don't ask you twice. Clearing site data removes both.

Analytics

We measure page views, clicks on early-access buttons and form outcomes so we can tell what is working. Analytics records the event, the campaign source and a rough device class only — never your name, email, company or free-text answers.

Sharing and retention

Submissions are received by our server and may be stored and managed using service providers such as Airtable as part of the customer-relationship and early-access records of JSTAR TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD. These records are accessible to the Hyroo team. Service providers who host or process that data on our behalf may be located outside Australia; where that is the case we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We retain early-access information only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the early-access programme, communicate with you about Hyroo and maintain relevant business records, or until you ask us to delete it, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you submitted, or unsubscribe, at any time. We will respond within a reasonable period and, where applicable, generally within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Contact

This policy describes only the data collected by this website. It will be replaced by a full product privacy policy before Hyroo becomes generally available. When the wording changes we publish a new consent version, so the consent recorded against your details always ties to the text you saw.
